Hello all! - Canada????

Been lurking for a couple of months now after my purchase of a 2002 F350 7.3 DRW CC 4X4 this summer. Have always wanted that vehicle that I could call my own and with the kids starting to leave home with their GTI's, Honda's and Mitsubishi's thought it's my turn to show them how the big dogs run. My wife calls it a mid-life crisis. I use the truck to tug our new 5th wheel, for work around the farm and as my dedicated beer picker upper. I've always been a Ford man and I'm hoping to learn more about the truck and diesels as I tap the vast knowledge of the FTE site.

I've already installed a quad gauge pod with Isspro EGT, trans temp and boost gauges with the 4th hole reserved for a DP Tuner.
Will be ordering an AFE stage 2 intake, MBRP 4" single alum turbo back exhaust in the immediate future, then a VB for the tranny. It's about time the area I live in got a big Ford to show all the Dodge's and GM's what a real truck is about.
Will be asking a lot of questions regarding ride height, rims and rubber as I want to get a more aggressive look and to raise the front to level but not screw around to much with the rear as the 5th rides perfect now. Looking at possible air in the rear to maintain level with the load on.
So thanks for all the great info so far and I'll meet you in the 7.3 and suspension forums as I learn more about this beast.

Hello and Welcome.

Love you user name: canuckelhead. What a hoot!

Mid-life crisis, huh. The neighbors thought the same of me when the Mrs. and I bought a Jeep Wrangler a couple years ago.

Seems folks don't understand that when the children leave the nest, Mom and Dad can start spreading their wings a bit.

Anyway, it seems as though you have a nice ride. Would like to see a picture or two.

Thanks Tony!

I'm sticking with the mid-life story as it came from the boss sounding like an excuse for my actions and without any limitations. So far so good putting that theory to the test spending on my new toy!

Will post a pic as soon as I figure out how to do it.
