The "blocks" are going to be the same with regards to "bolt pattern". Maybe you are looking for something else? Not sure. Also, look around on here there are specific forums for specific topics. For example, 385 bb forum will cover questions about the 460 engine. Welcome to the site I know you will find it very helpful.
You can try 460ford.com, but everything I've heard says that the car and truck blocks for the 460 in the same year are pretty much identical externally.
