I want to lift my truck just alittle higher for rocks BUT the passenger side TTB axle pivot bracket is welded to the cross member.
Now how hard would it be to cut off the old bracket and drill and bolt on the new bracket. i figure I just need to worry about keeping the axle square with the frame. I don't feel like tearing the front end of the truck and pulling the engine and trans just to replace the whole crossmember. Has anyone ever just cut it off and bolted on the new before????
