how much for gear install?
how much would a installation be for new gears? 8.8 rear anf ifs-dana 44 front. Anybody have suggestions of places to go in the portland oregon area?

well here in atlanta, it was 200 labor for rear,300 labor for front, plus parts....ring and pinions, installation kits, and bearings if needed, it cost me about 1100 total

why not do it yourself? It's not as hard as all the magazines make it seem. All you need is a good 3 day weekend if it's your daily driver. I did my own no sweat. It's easier than rebuilding an engine...
