how come????
how come theres no web site like this for GMC trucks? my buddys got a repair shop and i installed this web site on his puter( so he could get the right info about the superdutys he fleet services)
but could not find a good web site for them damm chebys and gmc trucks if some one knows of a good web site for the enemys trucks let me know thankyou

Momma' just got a new one and I can't learn a darn thing about the innerds of them from on-line forums.
Gonna' have to go visit Helm, Inc. They're pricey, but complete.
Face it, guys, there's NOTHING like FTE, especially for our 7.3's!

My buddy recently bought an older tundra, they have a good forum set up for toy trucks with lots of helpful guys and gals on there, also when I was the embarrassed owner of a dodge truck there was a very good forum for them too.

I think most people that own Ford Trucks work on their own vehicles more than owners of other vehicles. Also, ford has always been known as the workers truck. better than any of the others out there. Go to a construction site and you will see more fords than any other make. Fords are just more popular than the rest, as a result, there is more interest to work on them by the owners, and we love to "play" with them and make them better if possible. In a nutshell, there's more of "us", than there is of "them"!

It might have something to do with Ford having something like 60% (or 65? or 70?) of the truck market.
The rest of the truck manufacturers have to wrestle over the other 40%. There's not much left for any of them after that

I work for one of the 2 biggest construction outfits around here and both companies' fleet trucks are Fords. My 03 x-cab 5.4 has 124k on it and is probably one of the lower mileage trucks we have, and they're on the jobsite all day every day. Another foreman on my job has the same truck as I but it's an 04 and the fuel pump just went the other day at 180k plus, and thats the first real problem he had. My pump went out @ 100k, and other than coil packs and brakes/ tires I've had no problems with it, knock on wood!
