If the F-350 is the same year range they should bolt right in. Take into consideration that if you have the TTI front axle any lift the springs give will negatively affect your tire alignment.

The coil springs for these trucks are rated for weight and hieght so its usually possible to increase the spring capacity without affecting the hieght. Most of the coil springs are interchangable from the F150 to F350.

youre better off staying with proper spring packs unless you want to lift it. if you want to lift it then you need the drop brackets and steering arm, etc. i did the springs in my 91 f250, new spring packs with bushings, and u bolts for under $250 (CDN funds)from my local spring shop.. just gave them my spring code on the door sticker and good to go.
