Guys I know this is Oct. but if you start to think about a April g2g let me know. I have to go to IL again and I can plan around a g2g. I would like to meet the gang.
Wel i work ay Koch and Co. they make Doors,Cabnets, and louvered doors but when you only bring home $630 for 89 hrs worked makes me a low income person so when the wife gets back from Michigan she will be getting a job and that's nice curtis but i did apply for a job there online never heard back from them.
For all who didn't make the g2g you missed a GREAT one!! We have to give Curtis a BIG thanks for finding the place for us, their ribs are the stuff legends are made of !!!! Some of the best I have had in a long time!! We also had a great turnout for this one, Curtis, Del, Dennis, Tony H, Lynn, Chad, Carolyn (and Cleatus), Clint, Garret and myself all made the trip. Carolyn's Escape won the truck of the g2g, Dennis won the 50/50 pot of $5 with the other $5 going into the chapter kitty wich now stands around $134.
After dinner we hung out in the parking lot for a couple hours shootin the bull and listened to some cheesy wedding music most of the night lol.

Keep an eye on the posts for the next g2g date and locations.
It was dark so my camera was light deprived. It didn't do well. Looks like there were 4 trucks that attended. Tony's(97Centurion) white F-150, Lynn's(nitro94) red F-150, Carloyn's (Flip4ford's wife) green Escape, and Curtis's(Garden Spyder) red Avitar. My puter helped out a little but this was the best I could do.
Good times, good friends, good food and poopy conversation. Well, at least everyone's favorite conversation came up on occasion. But most conversation was excellent.
No I didn't get sleepy but ended up on 35 north instead of the Pike. Which was OK cause I stopped at Beto Junction and picked up a couple of CB antennas for the rig. Flying J in Emporia didn't have the style I was looking for. And seems no one around here has them too. Actually ended up getting 2. They were half the price I had paid for the last one so I guess I'll have a spare now.
I got the rib special... must have been about 3 lbs... it was 3 meals worth (and those that know me welll know I can pack away the chow) The truck smelled like ribs for 2 dasys. We had a great time. The conversation turned as always to 4th grade poop jokes, but we had fun. I hadn't seen some of the guys for quite awhile. And I will be sticking closer to home for a few weeks/months.
