It depends on what you do with your truck and your driving habits. Are you hard or easy on your brakes? Do you brake easy or stop at the last minute? If you use your truck for work, hauling, or anything but easy driving, get the professional grade for $50. If you take it easy and it is your daily driver, get the Raybestos RPD655M for $26.
