Texas basically has NO public lands. The only public place we have to wheel is in navigable river bottoms. A lot of Texas landowners along the rivers would like to see the use of navigable river bottoms stopped so they can enjoy and enhance the value of their "estates" by stopping the publics use of public land.
In other words the few places whe have to wheel are in threat of being closed. Please sign this petition and send it to every one you know http://128.83.80.200/hcor/tmp/index.html
Thanks for your support

P.S.-To Moderator f250 Is there any way that this could be anchored to the top for a little while, I would be very thankful, if not dont worry about it.

i signed that potition with my head held high, being a 4wheeler my self i hate seeing land closed all the time to 4wheelers in other states because i know how much they must hate it to have there local 4wheelin spot takein away.
I signed the petition and forwarded it to my friends as well. It is funny that this is coming up because our favorite spot to wheel is in Victoria county and it is a navigable waterway that the property owners were trying to get people off of. The local law could not do anything since we always stayed in the imaginary waterway boundaries. But as we all have seen all it takes is couple of idiots to screw it up for everybody.
