Air Conditioner weird problem !!!

My buddys 2001 Exp is blowing strong air out only on High setting ... he said up till today was blowing air out on third and High setting ... but now is doing it only on High. He has manual Air Conditioner/Heater. What might be the problem.
P.S. Air conditioner is still blowing cold air fine it's just it blows air out on third setting like it would be on the lowest one.

If you mean that no air blows out period on the lower settings, then it could just be the fan speed switch is no good.

Bad blower speed resistor pack.

Very common and an easy-to-do repair.

Oops, that's what I meant to say as well. The speed resistor, not the switch itself.
