all setup! all you have to do is take an on/off switch and wire the on side to ground. run a wire from the off side to the green wire on the parking brake indicator. when the switch is hit it applies ground and turns your parking brake indicator light on without having to apply the parking brake. now hit your high idle switch and "presto" high idle is on without ever applying the parking brake.
Assuming that you're using either an upfitter switch or some other switch to activate the high idle feature, why not use that switch to activate a small 12 volt relay with 2 sets of contacts. Use one set to apply power to the high idle circuit and the other set to apply ground to the parking brake circuit. You can tuck the relay up behind the fuse panel an tie wrap it in place.
Now you only need to use one switch to activate high idle.
