would someone please tell me what the wheel is originally off of that is mounted. i have only one of these and three of the other one and would like to find a second. all i know is that it is 15x5.5 and the pattern is 5 on 5.5. you can definitely tell the difference in the radius-ed slots.
It looks like just a standard Ford Steel wheel to me. Just a slightly different manufacture process due to them being made 20 years or so apart from each other.
The one that's mounted looks like one that was made in the late 80's early 90's for the E-150 and F-150.
The one that is not mounted looks like one made in the late 60's, early 1970's.
The Ford standard steel wheels made in the 40's, 50's and early to mid 60's are different yet, and most notibly use clips to hold the hub caps or old style dog dishes on.
