Interior Swap Question
I have a '92 F-150 XLT regular cab w/ a bench seat, went to the junkyard and got a pair of captains chairs and am in the process of swapping them out. Curious as to if anyone has done this and if a custom base was needed to be built?! I knew there was some work to be done before taking on the project, I'm just looking for some insight from folks who may have taken on this project themselves!

Were the captains chairs out of a Ford. If so they should fit

Capt'n chairs from a Ford 91-96 will bolt right in. Others will need an adapter or new seat base to fit the bolt holes in the floor pan.

The seats came out of a '95, but they're not a direct bolt in to my rig.
