no horn
need help plz!!!!! i have no horn and need it to pass so i can get my plates.... it works with the key off but in run it dose not work c/c does not work too.. both went out at the same time i dont know when tho.. btw how many key positions should i have off run and start right ???

I have the same problem here, The problem everyone seems to say is a ground problem. Try to take your horn piece off and get a little wire and attach it to the ground side of the horn button and keep the other wire connected to the prong and take the ground and ground it to your keys and see if it works.
