No tranfer case shifter extension. And even worse, if you have a 5 speed, no shifter extension. I installed a performance accessories lift. Good quality, easy install. What I did for my transfer case shifter was weld a piece of 5/8" (I think) round steel stock 3" long(or whatever your lift height is) to the end. I have had no problems with it. If you don't have access to a welder, try a machine shop. Should cost less than $20. As far as the shifter goes. That is another story.
you could get a piece of threaded rod and a long nutt and add it on to your exsisting shift levers. when you are all done doing your body lift make sure you can shift your transfer case into ALL RANGES COMPLETELY or it will drive you crazy if you have one of those transfer case levers that make all kinds of funny bends especially the ones that bend forward you will not get into 2H don't go cutting and smashing the floor of your truck just take off the transfer case shifter and get a vise and a torch and heat it up and bend it straight or you can do this while still in the truck and make it fit the stock hole and shift into all ranges completely if you only get into range 1/2 way it will pop out and start to cause damage to the
transfer case. after you have it shaped the way you want it then repaint it black or whatever color you want
I put a 2" performance accesories body lift in my '92 all I did was "modify" with a hacksaw and a pair of pliers the floor plate, you only need like 1/4" of additional clearance to get both the trany and t-case shifters to work in all positions
nope theres no transfer case shifter extension.dont know why they dont put one in with the kit!..anyway i heated my shifter up with a welder i let it get nice and hot then i bent it up cause mines curved on my 95 f 250 4by4 hd it works fine now.good luck.....
