Update on the Blend door fix

I just went to do the blend door on my 2000 Explorer the direction provided from this forum are great except on my car there were 3 screws holding the actuator place.<O</O
They can be removed with a small ¼” drive socket wrench. Make sure your is not screwed on before prying it up! In my case the motor does not appear to be working. Nobody including the Ford dealer carried the part in stock so I went to Rockauto. Dealer cost $69 plus tax and a wait. AutoZone 49 plus tax and a couple day wait. RockAuto $49 to my door plus the wait.<O</O
