97 Ranger Power Window

Based on what I read on this forum I removed the power window motor on the driver’s side. The window was binding and chattering. I re-attached the motor with it out of the door and the motor still makes the noise as if it was attached. I read a thread about the bushings but my motor appears different. I'm unable to open it up from the front to see if the bushings are the issue. There was a cap on the back that I pried loose and I can see a piece of metal with three holes attached to a plastic gear that the motor works. Should I replace the whole motor or just the bushings? Thanks in advance!

Of course the motor would be the easiest, if it's not too pricey.

I bought a new motor and installed it. It works but still when going up it's extremely slow! I lubed the tracks and that didn't seem to rectify it!
