1995 powerstroke running rough?/Washington

1995 powerstroke running rough?/Washington
Truck has 272,000 on it strating to run rough "like it has a big cam'' I think the injectors are needing a freshing up but not sure ? Have put =New fuel pump, fillter, oil change, air fitter, Starts easy just runs rough thoughout RPM range . Any ideas ?
