duraspark III ign.
I have a 1983 bronco 351w that has not run for 10 years due to head gasket problems. The motor is now ready for use. The origial carb and manifold have been replaced with an edelbrock 1406 carb and manifold. All of the emmisions controls have been removed. The motor starts great and runs for a few seconds and then either dies or starts loping badly. whenever it stops it starts right back up. The fuel system has been checked. the carb system is working. do I need to change the duraspark III ign. system?
