If you have (or know where to get) front and side hood trim pieces for my 1952 Ford F1, please let me know... I don't care if it's even incomplete... deluxe or not...whatever you have. If you could describe the condition, costs, and how to obtain it from you (or a source you know)... I would be in your debt. Thanks in advance for all your help and suggestions. Someone else was looking for these pieces just a few days ago. You will probably find the front hood piece on E-Bay. I see them show up every now and then and you can buy the FORD letters new from places. As for the side hood trim/emblems they are tough to find and expensive,especially the bonus built 5-star cabs. You might try Recks and Relics in Ohio. I would keep checking E-Bay,Craigslists etc. You will probably find a set piece by piece over time. Be patient you will come across them or someone who knows who has some. It makes me wonder if SY at Mid-Fifty has ever considered getting them produced and how much that would cost to do? are the side trim pieces the same on 51 as 52? i have a 51 hood im trying to get rid of with the trim. its on craigslist in albuquerque if you want to take a look.

 

No, all the emblems for the 51 and 52's are differant and year specific (hood nose, side stainless, and the header badges)

Honestly, if you want to sell off any F-1 trim, ebay typically is the best. The F-1 stuff is fairly popular and usually brings decent $$ just make sure that if you do sell on there that its labels correctly (year model etc)
