Due to my present medical condition, I need to find a local FTE'r near Charleston to help me figure out what is wrong with my stroker. I cannot climb over it doing the test that needs to be done.
It still has the loss of power. Like it is not getting enough fuel. The mileage has dropped down into the low 10's. All filters and service work has been done with no better result. I was going to take it to Jody, but he has moved down to lower Georgia. That is just too far for me to drive with my medical problems.
Hey, just to get it fixed right I would pay someone.
Is there anybody out there around me that can give me a hand?
Paul, you need to post this in the WV Chapter forums too. It seems to me that we have several folks in your vicinty...it's just a matter of hookin' you up Pal!
We have an excellent dealer here in Lexington, KY - Paul Miller Ford. They have a completely separate truck division and have taken good care of both of my PowerStrokes.
Bill, Lexington is just a tad too far and I cannot afford $80.00 per hour labor rates, especially when the cure takes 15 minutes and they charge 2 hours for it. I will keep them in mind though just in case I cannot get my problems resolved. Thanks for replying.
Might want to pm Kris or Mech231, I think is his user name. I know Mech lives somewhere in WV, so it might not be to far, and Kris lives in Md. his leg is a little messed up so he might not be up to working on trucks right now though.
