exhaust again
What should I do?
My exhaust manifold bolts are broke off in the head, 4 to be exact, and the other bolts that aren't broke look like if I touch them they are going to break.
Now should I try to just get the broken ones out and replace them or try and get all of them out and install gaskets?
Any help will be great my exhaust smell is getting out of hand in the cab

I'd try and get them all out and install new gaskets if you are smelling exhaust in the cab, but that's just me. Try soaking them with some penetrating oil before removing the non broken bolts.

I have seen drill bit guides available, or you could make a jig out of steel plate and a steel tube to use as a drill guide, beyond that it is pure skill.
Also the best penetrating oil is a mix of PSF (power steering fluid) and acetone. This simple mix will beat any penetrating oil on the planet.
Here is a recent test in Machinists Magazine..
These are loads required to free the test piece after 8 hours of immersion in penetrating oil. This is probably not representative of a quick squirt just before a wrench is applied.
Penetrating oil - Average load - Price per fluid ounce
None - 516 - pounds
WD-40 - 238 pounds - $0.25
PB Blaster - 214 pounds - $0.35
Liquid Wrench - 127 pounds - $0.21
Kano Kroil - 106 pounds- $0.75
PSF-Acetone mix - 53 pounds - $0.10 (50/50 mix)
