My 35'' spare wouldn't fit under, it hit the exhaust. I had to put it in the bed.

Mathematically, that tires comes out being ~35.3" tall. In the bed for you sir, OR you could go with one of those spare-tire holders that replaces your rear tailgate. I'd be sure to have some kind of lock on both that tailgate and the tire though.

Click this LINK to see the "Tiregate" - kinda kewl, methinks...

my 35" spare wouldn't fit underneath, now it's in the bed with a Fabtech angled spare carrier. I hate it......I'll be getting the tiregate sometime in the future. Reason why I hate the Fabtech setup is it's a BEDHOG! With the toolbox, then the spare in the middle.....I can't haul anything big, without using a trailer....major pain.

I used two beam clamps, threaded rod, and wing nuts to attach my spare tire to the inside of my bed,

My 35" fits, just barely.

It depends on how you have your exhaust set up.

My 315's would fit fine until I got the 4" exhaust.
