I just checked those codes and the 1316 is an Injector Circuit /IDM Codes Detected.
The 1395 is Glow Plug Monitor Fault Bank No. 1 and the 1396 is for Bank No. 2.
Have you ever replaced the glow plug relay?

I think I found the problem. Apparently, if the voltage to the Injector Driver Module drops below 8V, the module will burn out and fail. My voltage regulator went out and drained my batteries. The IDM couldn't tolerate the voltage drop. Replacement is very expensive i.e. $800-$1000, so keep an eye on your voltage!

In this thread it is indicated code 1395 is bank # 1
I am throwing the same code at the moment.
Would make it alot easier to know which side is bank #1
to check for a glow plug issue if anyone knows off hand?
So anyone know which side is #1? Driver side? Pasenger side?
