Anyone from Illinois if so where do you go wheeling? I need new places to go, mine are getting old, I usually go to Woodstock IL. or Elgin. If anyone is near chicago wanna know if you want to partner up?

I'm from Joliet, and can't find a single place around here but the sand pit. It's fun but you can only drive through so much sand ya know.

I don't know how far you want to drive but badlands in covington Indiana is a truly awesome 4x4 park. They have trails, mud, rocks, sand you name they have. Prices are very reasonable. I live in Urbana (about 2hrs from chicago) and it takes about an hour and a half for me to get to badlands. They have a website I believe it is badlands.com but just searching under badlands ought to bring it up. It has pictures, descriptions, events, prices, hours of operation it is a very detailed site. Hope this helps because badlands is a truly awesome park to go wheeling. By the way I believe it is something like 1000 acres if not more. Have fun.

Where is this sand pit and is it hard to find if you can give me directions from HWY 355 or HWY 55 I will appreciate it. Or just tell me the road and entrance where it is and what town that will help too. I will look it up on my map.
