Time to replace front Brakes. 75K miles and will need new rotors and brake pads. Any issues with going with a bigger rotor and what problems that may bring up. Want something that will last not concerned about $$$
All of the big rotor kits I've seen have been for the 2wd. Baer makes some great setups, but they are performance sets so they may not last as long as cheaper pads. For Baer, entry level big brake kits are $1200 (front only) and if they have a 6 piston caliper you can expect it run around $4k.
Other brands you might consider. SSBC has some calipers that are quite nice. DBA (disc brakes of australia) has a unique vent design as well as two piece rotors. Performance Friction would be my choice, their two piece rotors with their pads and SSBC force 10 calipers. If I hit the lottery, that would be the setup I would have.
Bigger rotor setups are probably WAY more then you want to spend.
I am very happy with my powerslot cryo's and hawk pads. I got in a lil car chase after someone hit and ran my truck and was in ABS from 40-5mph countless times for a few minutes and ZERO fade, and no "warped" rotors. I'm sold!
