down pipe clearance questions??
one of my trucks is a 95 f250psd 4x4. the stock exhaust sucks, converter and stock "smashed downpipe" my question is i looked and how and the hell is an aftermarket downpipe gonna fit? it seems there is no room at all for anything bigger than the stock crimped downpipe to fit?? any input would be appreciated. does summit racing have a cheap turbo back exhaust kit for this year truck? thanks, pete

You have to "massage" the firewall a bit to make the new DP fit. The pinch weld had to be cut and folded flat to get the needed clearance.

someone did a GREAT install and posted all their pictures in a great step-by-step thread a few months ago... I could have sworn I had it saved in my subscriptions but for some reason all my old subscriptions are gone....only from 5/08-present remain on my list.
