2008 E250 SD brake issues
My van is going back to Ford tomorrow for the second time to have the front pads replaced due to an anti-rattle clip breaking. First time was @ 21K miles, now again @ 46K miles. Never in all my years have I ever had a clip problem. It's the left front both times............ Anyone else run into this? At least I'm getting free pad replacements!

The Ford dealer says Ford has acknowledged a problem with the front pad situation and mine are being replaced again for free. He said Ford is sending them a repair package, including what other than a pad set I don't know.If you have an '08 keep an eye, or better, an ear out for rattling front pads and get them replaced under warranty.
