I was just gonna see what yal guys think is to come of these stupid EPA regulations and if you figure ms will come to doing testing on vechicle emmisions

It will probably start in the major cities first. I don't think they could drop such a bomb on a state with so many vehicles that need modifications to meet said requirements. But then...

I certainly hope that they don't start emissions testing here. I know for a fact that my pickup won't pass as its missing the cats, and a non-existent emissions system.
And for a 25 year old truck, i seriously doubt any of that is available, other than maybe aftermarket cats.
