Oil cooler?

There is a small radiator that sits in front and to the bottom of my Engine Radiator on my 2006 F150 5.4.
This is for oil cooling correct? If so when you change the oil does the oil drain from this cooler?

I believe that is the transmission cooler. Does your truck have the tow package? It includes that.

Good luck,

All F150s with the auto transmission have the transmission cooler; the towing package just gives you a bigger one.

easy to check, follow the cooler lines back to their origination, more than likely tied into the trans.
