I just bought a 1960 F100 with a 292 original paint, goldenrod yellow, all original from its second owner. The only item on the truck that is not stock is the rear bumper.
Does anyone have a picture of a stock bumper, or was a rear bumper an option in 1960.

not 100% sure, but i think the rear bumper was an option on these trucks.
depends on what box you have on your truck as to which bumper is correct.
go to either the LMC or Dennis Carpenter webistes as they have both styles of bumpers brand new and you can get a look at them also.

Stock rear bumper. It was optional, came standard in white, optional chrome. Lots of trucks came with dealer installed step style bumpers.
