Received my 4 link kit from Heidt's today... The brackets that mount to the frame in place of the front spring hangers aren't even close to matching up...
They asked if I would email pics so while I wait for an answer from the engineers I picked up my new hammer and dolly set... I think the dents in the roof look better than when I started...

JB - After all the "butchering" on your frame, if I recall, could it be the 4-link is right, and your frame is all wrong? Man, that would bite, but at least you are moving in the right direction...
completely different frame... that frame (firewall back) was a '56... I found a '54 frame about a week after I got the truck... With the short springs in the rear and the VIN # F10V4D2**** I would assume I have a '54 frame...
