What transfer case do i have?
Whats going on everybody, i am in the process of swapping a 408windsor in my 77' F-150 4x4 so i bought a sm. bellhousing C-6 from a 89' bronco and i have no idea what transfer case i have bolted to it, im not shure if its original, and it does have a white tag that says 9LA on it, if anyone could tell me what it is that would be appreciated, and also if its a good transfer case or piece of crap

Ford used the BW in just about everything, broncos to 350's. The NP was also used a ton. If the case has a round tag on the back that says New Process, you've got a NP, probably a NP205. if not you've prob. got the BW

I think i have a NP205 in my truck im not shure, should i keep what i got or use the new one i have, the new one is alot bigger. IM pretty green when it comes to 4x4's, ive owned 5 mustangs but this is my first 4x4 project

This is if it's original. If not, you'll have to give more info and maybe post a pic.
