Ball Joints?

I have a '99 f-350 cc, 4x4. Its lifted 6" with big tires and springs are hard as hell.

My problem is everytime I turn left the drivers side knuckle lets out an awful screech. I am pretty sure its the upper ball joint, but maybe someone else has experienced this problem and it turned out to be something else...

It also has negative camber on the drivers side wheel.

one of the most common failures on a superduty is the ball joints but I would get the front end checked out by a good front end shop to make sure all is ok.
