03 7.3, please help
Just picked up my new 03 7.3 with 54,000 miles. As soon as I paid the man I hooked up my sct and downloaded a tune of Jody's from DP tuner. It runs great as I figured it would, however now I have the check engine light staying on, the a/c compressor will not engage, and my tach stopped working. All this worked prior to this. Does anybody have any ideas? I untuned it and went back to stock, still no change. Please help, I am drving home right now and it is getting hot in here with no a/c. thanks:

I wouldn't suspect glow plugs just yet. It's not cold enough for them to come on. The WTS light is not controlled by the glow plugs. It is just a reminder light.

No, not at all David, yesterday a member here put in his sig, ATF in my PS, it was all in fun, everybody had a respectable laugh.

ok, I got her home, hot trip, anyway, there is no voltage going to the a/c cmpressor when the a/c is on, and the tach still doesnt work. When you turn the key on, the tach jumps over like normal, then comes back and never moves again. The ses light is still on when it is back in the stock tune. The tunes I have from jody on my SCT are for my 1999, 2000, and 2001 excursion. Would the pcm for the 03 be different enough that the tuner didnt work well with the pcm? All of this worked as it should prior to the tuner. I have disconnected the batteries and maybe it will clear the pcm and all will be good, not sure. I work on all of these 7.3's for everybody out here on ranches and what not, and have never seen this before. If anybody has any info, or ideas, I do appreciate the help. Thanks

That is a possibility. Jody's tunes are written for each particular PCM. There was a thread a couple of days ago where someone tried to down load a tune from a Superchips, I think, and he had to have the PCM reflashed by the dealer.
