rough idle-- cold start
When my 98 f150 4X4, 4.6L, 67K miles sits for a day or two, on start up, the engine runs really rough. After a few minutes everything is fine.
I have new plugs and wires.
Is it possible that its cold weather related? Using carburetor lingo, could the engine be choked too much at certain outside air temps?
Any help is appreciated

I've got a 97 F150 XLt S/C with a 4.6 w /84K. That has happened to me even when I had low miles maybe 10 times total. Not always when it is cold outside but usually when my truck sat for a bit which doesn't happen often. Sounds like it's not that unusual.

Ditto here... I have a 01 F-150 4x4 with the 4.6, and at temps under -10C or so, it idles rough and misses bad, for about 2 mins or so, then it clears out... Have an appt. with the dealer next week to see what they have to say...

About a month ago mine ran rough for about 5 or 6 seconds after I started it.
Hasn't done it since,kind of wierd
