Did you get new or rebuilt injectors? Yes anything is possible. The new injectors, or the ones next to them could have gone bad. You can try pulling the passenger valve cover (since you're worried about that side) and with the engine at idle watch for the oil spout to spit out oil from each of the injectors. The oil coming out of each injector should look the same.
While you're in there, re-check the torque on the injector hold down bolts. Another member recently changed injectors, then had an issue with a loose injector that left him stranded overnight. If an injector is really loose, you may need to pull it and inspect the o-rings to make sure there is no damage on them.
I have learned to stray away from Reman injectors, I have heard stories about how some of them come out of the shops. Good thing I have 24 injectors now to play with lol, so I shouldnt need to buy injectors for awhile.

Same here. I learned the expensive way on that one myself.
Put a set of rebuilts in and the truck ran worst than the ones that I took out.
Had to go buy a whole new set of Alliants to get my motor back.
