02 front end noise

02 front end noise
Just recently my ranger has started making a squeaking noise when I drive over speed bumps or rough roads. While its parked I can rock it side to side and it can be heard again. Ive looked under the front end to check out everything and noticed the seals on both ball joints are shot.Possible cause? I also tried spraying it don with wd 40, didn't seem to help. Might I add, I just got back to florida after spending a year in wyoming for school. Could the extreme cold winter weather have done something? Was thinkinh salt from the icy roads but, they use gravel

My experience living in Wyo. was that something in that state does something, I dont know what, probably the wind or sub zero temps or 9 feet of monthly snow, or the wind, or the freezing rain, or the wind, or some other miserable weather phenomenon that Wyoming is famous for, to rubber bushings. Id try to spray all the suspension bushings, shocks, ball joint, tie rod, springs, etc., with some lithium grease, and see if that helps.
