Radiator Repair
Looks like I get to install a new radiator in my truck (ordered a new one from the local dealer for $380)...anyone have any tips regarding this repair in a 2006 PSD. I have done these before in other vehicles (Excursion, 1988 F250), just wondering if there is anything strange I might be missing. Searched through the site and didn't come up with anything that seems out of the ordinary for a task like this, just thought I would ask anyway. Thanks

The tech folder has links to the online manual. Or Click Here for a short cut. You can look up your truck and see what it takes to R&R the radiator.

The crimp/gasket area where the top tank meets the core of the radiator is weeping coolant. Does not leak much but I am not waiting for it to get worse. I got a new radiator today and now I have another weekend project!
