Oasis report?

I just purchased a 2006 F250 and I was wondering how I can get a copy of the Oasis report for my truck? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

your truck have the crome package also? looks like you have cab lights and all that do you have a sun roof and a rear power window slider? I have all that except cab lights didnt think you could get them if you had a sun roof
