Quick flywheel/flexplate/balance question.

I'm replacing the 300 in an 85 bronco with an automatic with a 300 from a mid 70's pickup with a 4spd. Are there any balance issues, internally balanced vs. externally balanced, with replacing the flywheel on the 70's motor with the flexplate from the 85? Any other issues I should think about? The 85 has already been converted to a DSII and non-egr setup so all of that will swap fine. Thanks

Shouldn't be any issues. All inline sixes are internally ballanced, so the flexplate will be a zero ballance. (Should be, unless someone used a 302 flexplate!)
