best clutch option
i'm putting together my 92-95 ish project truck, and am now looking for the best clutch options. The truck is a reg cab, shortbox, 4x4, with 35x12.50r15's. The engine going into it is a 95 351W (dont worry, the entire wiring harness is comng out of a 95) and the tranny is a 95 ZF (sourced from the same truck) the clutch is SHOT! i'm replacing the master and slave cylinder, to ensure no issues later on. However, i want a firm, good quality clutch to run, one i wont have issues with. I first wanted a Centerforce, cuz i have one thats holding up so well in my 95 2wd 300/5 speed combo, but Summit is unable to give me a part number to research from. So, where do you guys suggest i go look?
Also, keep in mind this truck will not do more than occasional towing, it is purely a first project that has grown into epic proportions. it serves no true purpose other than to make me smile...

I can't tell you what Brand of clutch to go with but what I can say is try and stay with the '3-fork' style pressure plate rather then multifingered style. This later style has several metal fingers (appr. 12) that the clutch fork pushes against. The reason I say this is because I replaced the clutch in my truck with the 12-finger style and I couldn't stand the way the clutch felt. It was easier to push to the floor but overall pedal feel was just odd. I've had the same experiance with a dodge setup also. Just my 2-cents.
