Electrical Problem
I have no electrical power. Parked the truck after a day on the trails, next morning I washed it and cleaned it out. Had a return line leaking, fixed it and washed the fuel off the engine w/degreaser and water (something I've done a 1000x's). There is 12.7+ volts at both batteries and to the starter. The starter will turn if jumped at the starter solenoid. But inside the truck there is no power (domelight/stereo/horn/lightes/ect). Turn the key and nothing in any position of the key. Is there some sort of master fuse, circuit breaker or relay causing this? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Just need a direction to start looking.
1994 F250, 7.3 IDI, E4OD. Truck is stock as far as electrical accessories go.

Check all the other wires that attach where the power wire attaches to the starter relay on the fender. Your feeds for the entire electrical system come off that terminal. Follow that harness all the way to the cab connection.
Also check for power at the relay for the ecm. Theres one wire(10gauge I think) that has power all the time. If none of the wires going into that relay have power, then check the fusible links coming off the fender mounted relay.

At the alt, did you measure on the post with the 8Ga wire? Or the plug with 2 wires in it? If you only had .5 at the post with the 8Ga on it, then your problem lies between that starter relay and batt.

I can jump it at the starter solenoid and the engine turns over, didn't do it long enough to see if it would start/run.

Replace the starter solenoid. I would recommend getting one from ford, Advanced and such is ok in a pinch, but I'VE had alot fail.

Your power loss has nothing to do with the function of the relay on the fender. As the charge wire from the alt(8 ga) and all the power feed wires for the rest of the truck come off the same post on the relay. That's the same post the + from the pass side batt attaches at.
I'm gonna go look under my hood to see how it's supposed to be, and I'll post a pic.

The yellow circle contains the 3 power leads to the cab.
I think the Black with orange stipe is for the glow plug controller.
The Red Square contains the 3 fusible links for the cab.
The harness that runs to the engine from that spot does not go to the cab. The various sensor(etc) wires come from that harness and continue on along the radiator support to the driver side fender. Note that the fusible links look like regular shrink wrap, but say what size(s) their for.
Check to see if you even have power from the batt to that post that all the leads attach too.

I have a feeling that may be where my problem lies. It just seemed odd that all of a sudden there was nothing. I'm still new to the Ford way of wiring ect. This will give me a place to start when I get home from work. Thanks to all.....

check the large red wire that is attached to the battery cable
from the positive battery cable to the starter solenoid on the fender
corrosion inside the cable will prevent power from reaching the solenoid and electrical distribution , you have lost too many different circuits to have a fusible link issue

All of the fusible links are good, there is continuity on all the cables/wiring. If i connect 12v+ to the cab power leads (disconnecting them from relay) I have power in the cab, so I'm sure it's the relay. What is the official name of this relay, napa seems to think its a glowplug relay, and the one they sell is a little different from one on truck. I am going by the Ford house today but I would like to know what the correct name for this relay is. Thanks again guys for the help.

it is the fender mounted starter relay , but it cant cause your issue the positive lead from the battery cable connects to the same terminal as the trucks power feed wires
unless someone has rearranged the wires on it to isolate teh power from the truckand did you test for power on the relay terminal with a voltmeter
and also try it with the headlight switch on and see if power is still presnt on the terminal
