Hi all,
I have a 2002 f150 4.6l v8... The instrument cluster panel lights will not turn on, all lights work when I turn the head lights on, ie; the dome light, head lights, etc... I checked the fuse (#18) and changed it a few times, but when I turn on the head lights the fuses keep blowing out, and the instrument cluster still don't turn on. It's very frustrating. Does anyone know what the problem is? Please help...

 

You would probably have to take the cluster out to see if anything is shorting out... but it might be a internal short.
