Door glass progress

Just wanted to share with you guys my thoughts on LMC. I am about midway done with my door glass install on my 60. Bought glass and everything else I needed from them. Everything was going well but then I realized the channel that you form to fit the rear and top of the door didn't fit. The buttons that pop into holes in the door were off as much as 1.5 inches. I was worried cuz about a month had gone by since I bought them. Anyway I called and talked to Ray, who got back about 4 working days later to say their parts matched the original drawing. He gave me the measurements of the buttons and mine did not match. Still don't know if I got the wrong part number or what but the new ones they sent right away were fine. Granted this all took 1.5 weeks but I was very happy with their response. Didn't question my measurements etc and shipped correct parts, all while being very gracious about it. Kudo's to LMC. Will have pix when I get them done, hopefully soon.

Yah it's coming along. This working with glass stuff is all new to me and I should have her whipped in a couple months. I'm also trying to figure out power windows as well so no lack of fun around here. I sure am glad I have no deadlines!
