F600 Timing

Help! I just purchased a F600, with a 370-2V engine. I went to replace the plug wires. I noticed that the current wires are 1 8 6 2 7 3 4 5 while the intake has 1 5 4 2 6 3 7 8 stamped on it. Which is correct?
thanks
Harry

Allthough I can't make out a simularity in the 2 different orders, you need to consider rotor rotation as well as cylinder location. Look at the intake edges where the intake fits to the head and you should see the respective cylinder number cast in the intake boss. Here is one thought, the crossed wires might be firing on the exhaust stroke which really won't make a motor miss, it just won't make powER.
