LOL, it's alway's the past with you... You WHERE a MO resident, You WHERE a F-T owner... I'm just messin with you. If no one else is willing to step up to the ill. leader, why not. Why do they want to split the chapter into N side, S side anyways? The smaller the group mean's less involvment and after a few month's they'll be nearly dead traffic through their chapter anyway's, but hey... Their still not Missouri!
I understand the desire...those who live in one corner of the state have little or no desire to drive to the opposite corner for a meet.
(Like when we have a KC meet...)
It would seem to me that they need to get their chapter active first, then split into smaller sub chapters if need be.
Once upon a time, the MO chapter had four different regional areas operating. One in ***** Louis, one in Lake of the Old farts, one here in KC and a "south west" corner group.
You would need a lot of activity for that. I wouldnt suggest a far corner meet anyway's. It would be easier to do a mid-state meet unless like you suggested above- more activity on the chapter.
I am good with Terry in the position he is in. He does an excellent job keeping us in line and outa trouble. And at least he (and a "very" few others) made the FTE GTG at the lake of the ozarks.
Any guy brave enough to drive his truck that far, is alright by me. Poke Poke Terry lol
Enough said!

That's why I was suprised. Long damn way's for him to make a meet at the lake. I wish I would have joined the chapter just one month before i did and i would have made it. I dont know if i'd take my truck much further than the lake, but I'll just have to drive it a few time's before I say. I'm almost ready to fire it up, but I'm not getting in a hurry. I just want to make sure it's in decent shape before I even fire it up. I think I got the right starter, picked up some fuel line. Just cant wait for next summer so i can go to a meet.
