parking brake Ford Explorer '92 2WD

Help! It seems that my parking brake is frozen; it won't fully release. Any ideas?

Most likely cause is cable/s siezed. Only real cure is to replace. It is also possible, though less likely, for the parking brake lever inside the rear drums to stick. Good luck.
