Horn dosen't work -- help!!
For some reason, the horn on my '77 F150 dosen't want to work. I've checked all the fuses, and other than that, what else can I do. The truck wiring has not been modified in any way since the truck was new, so what could have caused the horn to malfunction as it has?

You have mainly four areas to look at. The horn, relay, horn button, and system wiring. Take a test light to ground and check for power at the horn when you push the button. Test light lights replace horn. If not remove horn button and check for power at the wire coming out of the column going to horn pad. Jumper that wire to ground. Horn honks replace pad. Beyond that you will need a wiring diagram and component locator to find the relay and figure out how the relay distributes power. Hope you find problem before you get to last step.
