7.3L Powerstroke Upgraded Transmission Cooler
is this a good up grade to get
i have a 2001 7.3l f350 and will be getting the dp when the new one comes out
and is there anything else i should think about getting for my engine to run smoothly

Yes it is a good upgrade heat is what kills these tranmissions. You can get that, a tru-cool unit from diesel site, or the 6.0 tranny cooler will all help out greatly. Like Scott said get some gauges before you get the DP Tuner you'd be suprised how quick these EGTS get up there. dieselmanor.com has a pretty good deal on Isspro gauges.
